Randolph High School

I am an educator and a coach because I have long believed that teaching young individuals about life and being part of a team are integral ingredients in leading down a successful path in life.  I have always been a student-centered teacher and coach. One of the most important attributes I wish to convey to the student athletes that I coach is that I have a genuine care for them as individuals. I want to help portray to the teams that I have the opportunity to coach about the importance of working hard at things to obtain goals and being proud of their accomplishments as a collective unit.  Respect, responsibility, and integrity have always been and will continue to be huge facets of our program today and will continue to be in the years ahead.

Coach Tyler Fischer has been a part of the Rockets coaching staff since 2008.  Prior to being the Head Coach in 2014, Fischer coached at the Junior Varsity levels under Hall of Fame Coach Bob Haffele.  He is a graduate from Randolph, and played basketball and football for the Rockets.  He attended Ripon College, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree and played basketball for Hall of Fame Coach Bob Gillespie.  Coach Fischer and his staff strive to create and maintain a culture of integrity, while developing and reinforcing life skills such as leadership, hard work and accountability, through the game of basketball.
